MORE GALLERY EEC Policy Committee Approves 304 Industrial Park 2 to Join EEC, Supporting 8.9 Billion Baht Investment and Over 7,600 Jobs
On June 5, 2025, Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, chaired the second meeting of the Eastern Economic Corridor Policy Committee (EEC Policy Committee) of 2025 at the Ministry of Finance. The committee approved the designation of additional “Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC)” promotional zones, with one of the key highlights being the endorsement of 304 Industrial Park 2 as part of the EEC area. The designation proposal will be submitted to the Cabinet for acknowledgement before being officially announced in the Royal Gazette.
304 Industrial Park 2 is located in Khao Hin Son, Phanom Sarakham District, Chachoengsao Province, covering an area of approximately 758 rai. It is intended to support investment in strategic industries such as next-generation automotive, agriculture and biotechnology, food processing, aviation, and logistics, with a projected investment of over 8.9 billion baht and an estimated 7,600 job opportunities.
304 Industrial Park 2 is located in Khao Hin Son, Phanom Sarakham District, Chachoengsao Province, covering an area of approximately 758 rai. It is intended to support investment in strategic industries such as next-generation automotive, agriculture and biotechnology, food processing, aviation, and logistics, with a projected investment of over 8.9 billion baht and an estimated 7,600 job opportunities.
Being designated as an “EEC promotional zone” will grant 304 Industrial Park 2, or 304 Industrial Park Chachoengsao, various government incentives. It will also promote the development of essential infrastructure, such as roads, water systems, electricity, and reservoirs. Moreover, it will help attract both domestic and international investors, enhance competitiveness, and distribute income to surrounding communities.

- Allowing foreign doctors to work in the EEC to enhance healthcare services and attract investment in the medical sector
- Establishing guidelines for land acquisition for various development projects within the special zones
- Setting up a system for transferring funds to the EEC Fund for community rehabilitation and mitigation of impacts from development
The designation of 304 Industrial Park 2, or 304 Industrial Park Chachoengsao, as an EEC promotional zone reflects the project’s strong potential, with well-developed infrastructure, comprehensive utilities, and a strategic location ideal for future-targeted industries. It is positioned to become a hub for modern industries and play a key role in driving Thailand’s sustainable economic growth.
