On May 29, 2024, Mr. Kittiphan Chitpentham, Chief Executive Officer of 304 Industrial Park, signed a land purchase agreement with Yuzhou Fine Chemical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The company will engage in the production and sale of hazardous chemicals, disinfectants, and food additives, and will be located in 304 Industrial Park, Project 7, Phase 5 .
