On July 10 , 2018 , at 1:30 p.m. at Sri Prachin Room Tawarawadee Resort Hotel, Prachinburi Province Mr. Sanchai Kajornwehas, Deputy Governor of Prachinburi Province presided over the opening of the seminar "Guidelines for reducing conflicts in the workplace"

This seminar was organized to create readiness for Enhance personnel to have knowledge and understanding of labor relations and lead to a highly competitive labor relations manager to be a mediator to connect the relationship between employers and employees. 

which was honored by Mr. Pathom Petmanee Former Deputy Director-General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare honored as a speaker with cooperation from the Prachinburi Provincial Labor Protection and Welfare Office and business establishments in the 304 industrial park area, which have employer representatives and 120 employees attended the seminar.
